[Packaging Example] Interior of Aluminum Die-Cast Parts Shipping Box
Thinner and stronger, able to secure products with a narrow support area! An example of automotive parts.
We would like to introduce a case study regarding packaging consulting for aluminum die-cast component inner boxes. There was an issue where the cutting surface of the die-cast components directly touched the fixed material pillars, leading to damage and wear of the foam during product insertion and removal, as well as during transportation. Our improvement proposal settled on a specification using low-foam sheets due to their high durability against wear and superior cost performance. 【Case Overview】 ■ Issues - The current interior fixed material (foam) is worn down by the aluminum cutting areas. - The external box size remains unchanged, but an improvement in quantity would be preferable. ■ Improvement Effects - Logistics efficiency: Improved by 16.7% (from 6 to 7 units) - Material durability: Eliminated wear and damage to the product support areas. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
